They removed my hold but I took another payment and now it’s back on hold once again I can’t keep doing this bs every single time a payment come thru it’s ridiculous!

That’s the thing time is everything or I loose a very well know and established customer over this due to conflict on promising a date that my services will be complete and now that dates just about passed this was my second chance to redeem my work ...

    

No so I took my first payment 12/11/23 new account I understand the process of verifying I submitted the requested documents then about 2 weeks later 12/22/23 I receive a email stating my hold was lifted and I’ll receive my first payout on 12/26/23 s...

My hold was lifted after 2 weeks and then I take another payment and a hold is on my account again this is frustrating and I can not get any answers on why and getting this fixed
