I went live with my site on the Dawn theme a little over a year ago. How can I be assured if I update that theme to the latest version, that it will not screw up my site?

Agree! Support is basically NON-EXISTENT!!!

And now they are harrassing me through FB Messenger trying to sound like they want to buy a product when all they are trying to do is get me hooked up with some "expert"! The last one pestered me so much I had to block her!

So yesterday I went through all the steps to set up my site in Google Merchant Center, including downloading the Google and YouTube app. After hours of wending my way through this BS I get the results of the product feed. Google DISAPPROVED every sin...

I FIXED IT! The issue turned out to be Nord VPN! I had to turn off a whole bunch of settings in the VPN to get the links on the blog posts to work.

I CANNOT TAKE THIS ANYMORE! Now the damned LINK button is not working in the Dawn theme blogs! So, now the INSERT IMAGE, INSERT VIDEO AND  LINK buttons DO NOT WORK and NO ONE is helping with this!!! WTF is wrong with this damned theme? It was working...

The weirdest thing is that neither the insert image NOR the insert video buttons are greyed out. They both show as active but suddenly they just don't do a damn thing. I don't understand WHY they just stopped working!

I don't even have that app! I'm getting these through my business email and there doesn't seem to be any way to stop them!

Oh BTW, the add video button isn't working either! WTH????
