Thanks for that, I'll check it out. I guess as so often is the case (as Shopify apparently couldn't care less about its customers), we have no option but to pay for a third-party app to do what Shopify SHOULD be doing as part of its regular service.

WHAT useful contribution did he make?!All he essentially said was 'NO, your problem can NOT be fixed, and we have no intention of fixing it anytime soon'! How the hell is that even remotely beneficial?!
