I have the same problem and can’t find a solution.  It never caused me problems until the last few months and it’s very aggravating. Have you figured it out ?

I am having same problem.  Just noticed this on my draft orders. I was paying tax into my tax commission and now I see this so I guess I have been paying double? Very confused.
