That was the first thing I checked it was already done. So didn't work. 

I turned the item into a draft for an hour and then re published. So I haven't had any more of the abandoned carts. I don't think this is necessarily a solution but it has stopped it for now.

I am getting a spam abandoned checkouts every 5 minutes from a gmail.com account always different with letters and numbers. It is just 1 item and always the same. I have tried apps but I can't find the IP address and they don't go past the abandoned ...
