We are attempting to get the SIZE CHART next to the quality selector instead of what is seen below.I did attempt to create a table but the json file doesn't allow that.  I know a little html but this goes beyond my expertise. Any suggestions?

Odd.  Ours has changed in the past as well and we thought it was because of the UPC.

Just a wild guess but it could be changing based off of the UPC you have entered for those products.  Again, big guess but if 99% of the stores using that UPC code assign that item as jewelry, then it might automatically populate to that category ass...

Are you selling products that are prohibited using Shopify payments?   I'd recommend contacting Shopify or checking out some of their help articles. 

It looks like you need to go to settings > payments and modify what payment options your store offers.
