So nothing ever came of the Shopify staff member above asking you to contact them because it "doesn't seem fair"?  I love how they absolve themselves from it yet they are the ones allowing these apps to scam us.  Frustrating. 

I almost wish I had enough in my balance for the charge to have gone through so I could dispute it with my bank.  At least they would have helped me and then my store wouldn't be frozen.  I can't even get on it to download my data and go to a new pla...
