Hi,  I appealed and they requested a list of documents, 2 weeks later my website was reviewed and back online. I kept in contact with Shopify support and kept asking to escalate my case, it seemed to work.

Same here, on day 10. Looking into moving over to Bigcommerce as this is shocking.
