Why does a refunded item that was never fulfilled stay in an unfulfilled status? How do we change that so that it doesn’t look like we have something to fulfill?

All of our inventory was originally set up with one address. We transferred inventory to reflect a different address. The shipping labels are still showing the first address. We manually fixed one to get it to ship out without it. How do we fix this ...
