After installing Shopify Inbox app nothing changed. I use Zoho for my company mail but cannot recieve emails from contact form. Thanks

Hi, I have set up a company mail but the mails from the contact form are not coming in. When I send an email from my personal gmail it works. Can you help me resolve this problem ?  My shop:topgripofficial.com Thanks
