I completely agree.... an absolute disgrace, no support no nothing no phone number. They just closed my account and will keep my payout for 120 days. I had my store for 3 years. No bad payments, no return... I will report them to the police tomorrow....

I have the same problem.... they close my store and put my payout that is already on hold for 2 weeks on hold for 120 days.No reason...Nobody to talk to... no nothing....they are abusing their power. I will report it to the fraud division of the Cana...
I have the same problem... I will call the RCMP fraud division to let them know the abuse of power and the fact that after closing my store , they also keep my money payout for 120 days. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SHOPIFY. NO PHONE NUMBER...NO NOTHING.

Je porte aussi plainte a la police des Lundi matin pour vol escroquerie et abus de confiance. Aucune communication, ils decident bloquer mon magasin et de garder mon payout pour 120 jours sans raisons. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS SHOPIFY.

Bien en accord avec vous...Shopify une escroquerie. Ils ont bloqué mon compte et garde mon payout pour 120 jours.Je contacte la police demain pour abus et vol. Le pire est qu'il est impossible de parler a qui que ce soit.
