That's frustrating.  We felt the same way about the app since it's not working in real-time.  We looked at Plus as well based on volume and features but this sounds like it still requires helper apps for some functions.  I guess going with a develope...

Has anyone found a solution to this, either by app or a developer?  We have tried Conversion Plus Pro which states real cart reservation but we are running into some issues.  Like everyone else this is a big issue for us.
