I just started running tiktok ads, it’s the second day and no sales, this is my metrics: cost:10$, clicks: 50, CTR: 3.55%, CPC: 0.21, CPA:0, conversions: 0, CVR: 0, CPM: 7.40. Should I keep going? 

I have this order that says it came from shopify, and Google when I don’t have any ads running there, do you guys have an idea? 

I need an expert to run ads for a specific product, my daily conversion rate it’s 0-35%, max visitors 4k. I dont know where to find a trustable ad runner on my level that will help me increase sales, do you gus know where to find legit ad runners?
