Every time we look at that it just loads. It never actually shows us the option of it when its down. How do we switch it so there is no toggle drop down menu and the product descrption is there all the time

Id like to know how to get rid of this toggle description button. I want the descrption just to appear and not have that drop down option. Please help ASAP!

When I am on my collections page and want to change the main photos from our old collection to our new one. It only changes two out of the four when I go and look on the website (impact theme) i have tried deleting, refreshing and readding the photos...

When i go into the product page and change the collection photos. It all looks correct. When I go on my website (Impact theme) it only switches two of the 4 to my new photos. 

I even went in the theme page to find a free shipping progress bar and it still is at 99
