Nope. Since our primary issue is Samsung devices from BestBuy, we just installed a chrome extension that checks those prices daily and emails us if there are changes. 

I don't understand. Are these the instructions to build a custom app? If so, I am hopeless. Explain it to me like I'm five. Or like I'm 48, but got a degree in theology instead of something that helps here. 
