Yep same exact as you brother. They said same thing and it's been about a month. Not sure wth is going on but how do they expect me to fulfill orders with no income? lol 

wow man i feel for you 100% im going through a similiar situation right now.. how long did it take for them to lift the hold?did you end up recieving the funds?also did you take your website to another platform?
