Hi , in order to use Seller shipping option you must set up a shipping template and add your warehouse to the shipping template, that is all info you need to set in order to use Seller shipping. 

Hi Mike , I got the same issue , did you find any solution? I found out is about the shipping template settings in tik tok seller account , but I don’t know still how to fix it 
