you would not have that problem with woocommercee or bigcommerce, unfortunately it takes more work to set up your website the way you want it.

I am going through the same after working with them for 11 years, i recommend you to go to another platform as this can take forever, thats if they decide to reopen it, very dissapointing.

thanks, just called the number and the number is not in service anymore, the machine says go to support.shopify.com, and thats it, no real way to talk to them over the phone
