Hey there! im facing similar problem it seems shopify has blocked my account and please help me get a way to sort this issue because there are orders pending in that store and id like to fulfill them

Im not able to access my store anywhere and my plan is currently active also there are pending sales in that store so i actually need to fulfil them and im not able to access it now im getting error msg like this please help
