Hello,Can we add a free plan to our app if it has already been published in the Shopify App Store? Currently, all of the plans in my App are paid. And what are the steps to add a Free Plan.

I have created a Shopify App using cli and also created a development store for testing purpose through a partner dashboard now how can I retrieve the shop owner's email and other fields like first name, phone, etc?
