Hey guys, as an update - I waited 24 hours and the issue was gone. I had contacted Shopify support tho and flagged the issue as urgent, I believe they had a look at my case and might have accelerated the domain validation whatsoever. 

I am having the exact same issue with a new domain from Spaceship. This is an issue on Shopify's end, not domain providers. Please resolve this ASAP @Shopify

Has anyone been able to solve this? Why is it so difficult? Shopify automatically creates a Pixel ID that has nothing to do with the Pixels I have on my Meta business manager and Shopify support is clueless about how to help. This is crazy
