Hey, I just found out that there is also a way to get to the Shipping Manifests through the Apps section. For me, this loaded the manifest. So, instead of accessing it through the shipping label tab, go down to apps, the look for Shipping Manifests...
I went through support. They said they fixed the issue and showed a screenshot of it working. I went to print the manifest, and nothing.... So, I'll keep you posted once I actually get it to work.
