hahah did you solve it or give her a ticket and tell her to wait for payment team email..??
John did you get any emails or answers ...all i get is excuses and new  escalated numbers ..but i still have pending payments without a reason ..support saw that there was something but it the payment team that needs to reach out via email....so why ...
did you get answers..i am in this limbo state as well
this does say how the issue was resolved..????? shopify needs to improve on the support .

I have also had this issue and am waiting now for a month for my so called email. My question was also escalated and I have spoken to at least 10 support advisors. I really cant understand why it takes so long to answer.I am really disappointed with ...

I have made my first sale JULY 3RD and was super excited!!! Only to find that ....I would soon be very frustrated and isolated when it came to getting a clear answer regarding my pending payments. Which  are now a month old... No one can tell me anyt...

That doesnt work you need to offer phone calls to help people resolve the payments issues...I have chatted with 10 of those support advisors .....and where am i now....looking for answers from the community ..so dont give people false hope.

The live chat doesn't help they  create tickets tell you they understand and 5 days later your payments are still pending and you are still clueless as to what is missing if anything
