How can i assign different locations to different markets 

On a product page size 40 is in stock but it is only in stock at my Germany location but if i go in from Turkey i still can buy that product how can i separate diffirent locations to different shipping zones. Here's the link to the product

i can do email automation just fine what i need is a button that opens a form to enter email

this is the storeBasically I put some items on sale and change their price but after sometimes an hour or several sometimes more they revert back to their original price. Also I use a custom app called entegra.
