I realized when I add my image as a background, it is only able to be viewed in desktop mode. It's not there when viewed in mobile 

Yes I understand. However I would prefer my customer to be able to view the image at the thank you page instead of taking an additional step to check their email to view the image.

Ah, thank you so much for trying! Could you share with me how you managed to include an image at the bottom half of the page (the example of the apple)? I might just have to use that instead.
