How do I enable cash on delivery? Is it possible only through the add on apps?

I found Cloudflare can route emails to custom account addressed to address admin@mydomain.com.

I have purchased just the domain name from a registerar and set DNS on cloudflare. Now how do I get the domain email like admin@domain.com. Suppose domain.com is my webstore?
