I cant cancel my subscription

Hello,I want to ask what happens if my client's subscription expires?Will he still have his site on the internet?Will he have the admin profile so he can make changes to his site?

I want to ask to a question, lets say I have 10 different clients each one with its own site.Will I have to pay for 10 different plans in shopify?
