I did this and talked with Jazzy in chat. I then also submitted the dispute details and my ID twice but I keep getting an application error page.

I signed up a few days ago for the trial and I haven't done anything to it yet because I'm working with an agency that will handle design and adding my custom made original products. I've reviewed the use policy and all and nothing seems wrong to me....
