I've tried to contact Shopify Support thru their chatbot, but it won't allow me to get in touch with them.  How do I contact them directly?

I used Shopify to set up a domain for my business.  I use the domain for my company email address.  In February, I closed the Shopify store associated with the domain, but the domain was still active.  The domain just expired and I need to renew it. ...
