I see this option. And when I click it brings me to Marketing > automation. And everything is turned on. I installed klavyio and send email with klavyio, is that the problem?

Hello, my shopify store don't show the abandoned cart.In the analytics section I can see I have over 40 abandoned cart, but in the abandoned cart section there are none... has this ever happened to some of you? Thanks
