When I add a number to the announcement bar it turns blue when on mobile but stays white on desktop. How do I keep it white on both mobile and desktop? Is this a hyperlinking issue? The problem goes away when I add letters with the numbers. 

When I add words between the numbers it keeps the text white. This has to be a hyperlinking issue. Does anyone know how to fix something like that?
