When I used Google's PageSpeed just now (thank you for the suggestion) it says SEO is 100% but I have not done anything to get there, nor am I getting a lot of sales. Do you think that is accurate?

I understand the concept of SEO and know it's value, but I have no idea on how to get started using / implementing it. Do you have any quick start guides?
