Hi, I'm having an issue where my header menu doesn’t collapse into a hamburger menu on mobile devices (Checkout). I’m using a slightly customized version of the Debut theme. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

I want it to remain fixed at the top of the page as users scroll, without affecting the layout or responsiveness on mobile and desktop (More Information). Any tips on implementing this using CSS or Liquid?
