Well, I believe the issue is because you had not "accepted" the staff account when invited. Find the invitation email and click on "accept invite" when prompted. If you have accidentally deleted that email - ask the store admin to delete and re-invit...

@BillyM8 I think - all you need is to specify the max width in the CSS and position centre (if you're not using this section anywhere else).I could certainly look into it and help if you share the store URL.
