Have you take a look at the shopify klaviyo sync, sometimes a sync error might cause shopify to miscategorized new sub if needed you can try disconnecting and reconnecting shopif with klayviyo

Hi mate what's up, i had a nearer experiences like yours, your site is not yet visible i think the password has not been removed yet
@Emilie11 Log in to your domain registrar’s or Shopify’s DNS manager. Edit the TXT record and set the TTL to 300 (5 minutes) or 600 (10 minutes) for faster propagation. Save changes and wait a few minutes before checking again.
Check if your ttl value is too high a lower valuelike 300 sec might help
