I would like revert it back to the original behavior, where all image remain visible no matter which variant is selected. Has anyone else dealt with this or know how to fix it, I haven't make any major customizations just using standard variant image...

several merchants shared that posting publicly on twitter and Linkedln and tagging @shopifysupport got them a response 24-48 hours, especially when private support has stalled. Me and someone even got a DM from a Shopify rep after making a profession...
