Just noticed after trying to have a look at your site, that you cant actually access it without a password. So you may need to remove this if you have subscribed! that or you have already thrown in the towel, sorry if thats the case.
I wanted to share what i have done, as it may help.
We invested in google-adwords, and facebook. And from adwords got a few sales, but nothing near what we actually spent. Our giveaway on facebook (which i boosted, to an exact demographic) has worked really well. From this 1 post, i have over doubled from <50 to over 100 likes. Not huge numbers i know but still, if 1/10 people share, thats a massively larger audience for a single boost of <£10. The best part of this, is my giveaway is also <£10 in value.
The start is always the hardest part. I dont have stats, but most stores will close or fail. I think this is more to do with expecting it to be super easy straight away, as oppose to doing anythign wrong. I have boosted posts i thought that will grab attention, and failed. Likewise my wife has said boost others, i have thought would not drive traffic, and they have worked... Get second opinions, we cant be right all the time on our own.
The right posts, can get you the following, then each effective post after will grab even more. Keep going! You can do it.

Recently started a site in the UK, have spent a lot lot less on advertising $65+$75dollar free on adwords, and around $10 on facebook adds. I have noticed that although i got a few (around 10/400) likes from the 400 or so interactions i had no sales through the facebook advertising. The adwords on the other hand, i did get 3 true sales (and one fraudulent which I refunded quickly thanks to the shopify built in recommendations). The sales didnt pay for the advertising, but with any new site i think, getting a few is a bonus. My site is FAR from perfect, so i think the few sales are lucky ones. I think getting the ranking up from the traffic and also, getting remembered is more important for the first 3-6months maybe. We are exploring other marketting techniques and hope to have a few stalls to promote the website as well as get some sales.
Another thing i have noticed, we get a little more mobile hits than the usual 60% we get around 75% and sometimes higher. I am going to look to accomodate this a little better by focussing more on the mobile attraction, maybe this is something you could look at. Maybe people landing arent seeing what you want, as they are hitting your site with a small screen and not bothering to look in more detail.. we can be lazy sometimes, and thats a paid click which is paid and then lost.
Hope some of my thoughts help.
Another thing- i forgot... I also tweaked the adwords, as we were paying for hits on things we really didnt stock, so more detailed looking into that may help, and also i tweaked time for advertising slightly. 100% of our sales came in a 2 hour window, so i focussed an hour each side, so that the clicks i paid a little more for, were ( in my opinion) more likely to be converted. I had the same advert running the rest of the time, but for a cheaper setting. I found adwords express much easier and clearerr to use. (not an expert, but have a little knowledge). Hope this helps
