Are you using bold subscription app? if so it seem some snippets are missing from the store. Kindly recheck and add it manually to snippets.

If its latest version of DAWN means, there will an option to adjust the logo width in the customization panel itself. And you can edit the code in the bass.css. If possible share the store link.

It seems that script comes from some app related css files, In that case just apply float:left; width:100%; for the parent div of the one you mentioned . e.g .gryffeditor {

Just clear the CSS you have written as follows in the style.css .index {display: flex; flex-wrap: wrap;}
