So we have tagged many customers with info like that they would get a discount etc... There is no way to see their tag from the manual order entry page, there also seems to be no way to go from...

Basically Shopify only shows a couple of orders attributed to Mailchimp, but Mailchimp shows hundreds. Why are they so far off in their reporting?

Did you ever get this resolved?
This bot issue is crazy and nonstop. You can stop the abandonded cart by require log in, but the rest of the site gets tons of fake traffic killing any value to analytics. Shopify is just ignoring this issue.

Please let us know. Very weak on Shopify's part tha we would need to do this.
Require customers to use email to log in to check out and it stops this bot.

We have the same issue. I found if I set "Require customers to log in to their account before checkout" it stopped it. We will revert back to the more customer friendly check out in a few days and see if it comes back.
