can i pay my shopify plan in bdt currency

Can I buy a Shopify plan with a master or visa prepaid card?

I have a question. Does Shopify save my credit card’s cvv and expiry date too in my billing method?? I mean if anyone go to that page of my billing information can he see my cards cvv and expire date...
