Hi Jenny, were you able to resolve this issue? I'm in Canada and nearly all US Visa credit, debit or prepaid transactions are being declined by Shopify Payments and Stripe.

Been having this issue all summer and its to the point where my site's conversion rate dropped by 60% because US visa transactions are mostly being declined. Were you able to solve the issue? I'm also not in the US.

Just had the same question and now wondering why there's so much bureaucracy to have this one small change we've been asking for years that can instantly add $100s in revenue per day in some cases for a lot of merchants
