We are having the SAME issue and it is driving us crazy. I don't understand why Shopify is not doing something about this, it is completely messing up my metrics!
I am getting the same error and thought it was because I had downloaded an SEO optimizer app. So most if not all Shopify stores are experiencing the same thing?
