I could see scores elsewhere of around 70 - but I would not worry about it at all.  It is not going to get much faster than that! It is not in your control - all down to Shopify.

Your site speed is absolutely perfect.  Do not get anything changed on the site.  Check it yourself properly on GTMetrix and Google Lighthouse.  You are scoring in the high 90% and 100 in some cases.  Nothing to do to improve it at all.
