Hi @sahragty
Thanks for that - I was able to check our logs and found that your app does not have the correct permissions. You'll want to enable the write_customers scope in order to include customer information with orders. Hope this helps!

Hi @sahragty
Would you be able to provide an x-request-id value from the headers in the response? We can have a look through the logs to see if we're able to find additional information.

Hi @Developer78
If you're able to export your products to a CSV file formatted to Shopify's specifications, you can use that to upload your products to shopify. You can read more about this here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/import-...

Hi @gopalakrishnan

Hi @gopalakrishnan
I'm wondering if the orders you're trying to retrieve are over 60 days old? If that's the case, your app will need to have the read_all_orders access scope added in order to access orders older than 60 days. Please let me know i...
Hi @ivanlicg
Thanks for your question! It is possible to retrieve these prices via the GraphQL API, using the Product Variant presentment_prices field. You can find this in our documentation here: https://shopify.dev/api/admin-rest/2021-10/resourc...
