Hi, Over the past month we have been unable to tag any products on Instagram through the product catalog. We updated our Facebook Pixel a few months back and hadn't had any issues until recently. We have disconnected and reconnected without any luck. We are getting the following error in Shopify under the Instagram sales channel and then on Facebook when trying to connect a catalog. Any help? We didn't have any issues until about a month ago and this was working perfectly fine. To connect a Facebook pixel as a data source: Install a pixel on your website. Install required metadata tags for each product you want to add to your catalog. Ensure a pixel fire has been sent from your website in the last 7 days (dependent on traffic). It can take up to 24 hours before the pixel is ready to use. You can view the pixel status in Product Data Sources.
