Shopify Multiple Payments does not report accurately — it shows the full order amount as paid on Sales Reports even if it is only a partial payment. This makes partial payments virtually unusable if you do things like Track Sales or Pay Commissions.....
The problem is that the reporting shows the full payment at the time of the first payment... so if you happen to use sales reports for things like goals or commissions, then..... well, it's not really usable at all and Shopify's answer is to pay for ...
I took a look for our biz, we have multiple payment points and they can vary by project.... so the limit of only deposit and final rules it out for us.
Any solutions for this yet? It's causing us to reconsider other solutions providers. To the point above, reporting is used to determine Goals & Bonuses based on sales — and our bookkeeper reconciles sales against deposits. Neither of these will work ...
Did you ever resolve? I've got two support requests with invisiblethemes but haven't heard back — we've got a very unhappy customer
