I have had several customers try to make a purchase using a credit card that has lifelock or other credit protection programs on their account being denied and I am wondering if I do not have something configured right in my payment processing setup. One customer told me they get an alert from their credit card company and after they clear the alert the credit card is still being denied. This has happen just a few times but it is causing me concern that I am missing out on sales. Has anyone else had this issue?
