They are absolutely fixated on Disney for some reason.  It took almost two years to sort out and in the end we removed all references to it.  Why are you using Shopify for card payments in a f2f store??

They must be providing you with an explicit reason.  It would be useful to know so that advice might be provided.

Similar has happened on one of our shopify stores.  They are asking for authorisation from two ip holders of products we sell.  We buy through an authorised wholesaler so the ip holders won't supply us with docs (as we don't deal with them directly)....
