I’ve recently made an unlisted Shopify app using the ruby on rails gem. When I had initially set up, I was able to successfully install/uninstall the app. Now, however, I am unable to load ...

Can anyone explain to me why I cannot seem to use a custom, customer events pixel to post data to an externally hosted server?I have a simple script intended to post data to an external server: analytics.subscribe('product_viewed', (event) => {   con...
@1080, again -- this is the expected behavior as far as I know. It will load some of the time, but not all the time.
Ideally, you already have a page template that is not hard coded. Every theme comes with a default page template to use. If this is the case, I would simply assign this template to the page you're are trying to build out. If your default page templat...
Unfortunately not at this time, Vld.  Best of luck!
I can't really speak to the app you're using but this info may help:If you're talking about going from "/product/item" to  "/product/item?variant=1291520XXXXX" this is done using deep linking on the product page: https://www.shopify.com/ie/partners/b...
Are you sure the template is correct? Meaning, it's possible the About Us page is hard-coded on a template that your other pages are using. If that is the case, then that would make sense why you continue to see the same content.
The {{order.order_number}} object will sometimes be null depending on payment provider used. It is not reliable; don't use it. See the order_number object description: https://shopify.dev/docs/api/liquid/objects/checkoutInstead, you should use "id" i...
Can't really say, Stefano. According to their documentation  -- https://shopify.dev/api/liquid/objects/checkout -- that liquid object should hold the order id (e.g. #23941600575664) not the order number.  But again, I've seen unpredictable behavior w...
Hey, thanks for chiming in. I'm really surprised I haven't heard a whole lot back on this issue. Unfortunately, no. No fix. I wound up removing the order_number reference altogether and am using transaction id. Good news is, this stopped my problem. ...
I've been experiencing some issues with both the {{order.order_number}} and {{order_number}} liquid objects. I have a script in the "Additional Scripts" section of the order status page. Note that this isn't placed by an app or part of the Shopify Pl...
Based on your response, I'm going to revise my answer. First, check to make sure you can't align the text how you want in your theme editor. If that is not possible, you're going to need to apply the code above in your CSS file. Since this was not ap...
You're going to want to center using "justify-content" for the links, and use "text-align" for the header.Note that the style for the links needs to be applied to the <a></a> element. .footer-block__details-content li a.link { justify-content:center;...
Apex_Studios, I wanted to provide you with some general answers. Yes, you can simply create and assign a new product template to each of your "Enquire Now" products. However, if it were me, I think I would just use tags. Then in the product template/...
Hey, Alex! This is going to be difficult to answer unless you provide a link to your website. it could be as simple as:  text-decoration: none !important; But without being able to see the actual code, there just isn't a whole lot to work with.
Hey, Kundalina - A couple things I want to quickly point out.1. Your store is not publically accessible, so no one is able to visit your site.2. I think you need to clarify your question a bit more. What do you mean update? Update in what way? 3. Whe...
