My site is down, I cannot access admin or my storefront. Its Christmas time and people cannot shop my store. I cannot figure out where to get help on this thing!!

Agreed, I had to tell a customer today that I didnt have the ability to merge her account. It was rather embarrassing.
I have the same issue with people ordering an art print and a mug. how do I split it into 2 packages.
